Meet Rodney: Baby chicken, hatched by a duck, raised by our volunteers

Since mid July, we have been caring for Rodney – our amazingly friendly baby chicken.  Being an orphan, Rodney was hatched by a duck and has been hand reared at the rescue centre by our volunteers.  When he’s not exploring the Wildlife Centre, Rodney prefers to spend his time with us in the office, helping with the administration.  We thought you’d appreciate this photo of him on tour with us at Fenton Carnival this year.  Cute isn’t he?
